Ingredients
- - 1 big can chicken broth
- - 2 cans of pinto beans
- - 1 can of red beans
- - ( dont drain beans )
- - 1or 2 small cans chopped, green chillies
- - 1 large onion,chopped, sauted in olive oil
- - 1 tsp. garlic powder
- - 3/4 tsp. cumin powder
- - 1-12 oz.pkg. jimmy dean spicy sausage
- CROCKPOT FRIENDLY AS WELL
- - 1 small jaleapeno pepper ,chopped ( optional)
How To Make mexican bean soup

Step 1Brown sausage. Add to a large pot or crockpot with all other ingredients and simmer 2-3 hours. If hotter soup is wanted add sliced jalapeno peppers. Serve with corn chips.
