martys black bean soup/dip
I tried this several yrs ago and my kids and husband LOVE it! Its a big hit with us and is also so easy to make and throw together;) I serve this with the Tostitos Black Bean Chips and have guacamole, tomatoes, sour cream, shredded cheese, olives, onions to serve along with it to pile it up with:)

Ingredients
- 2 pounds dry black beans
- 1 pound dry pinto beans
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 3 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons minced dried onion flakes
How To Make martys black bean soup/dip

Step 1Throw all the ingredients into the crock pot.

Step 2Fill the crock pot up with water till you reach about an inch from the top and then mix well.

Step 3Cook on low for about 8 hrs and then enjoy!:)
