Ingredients
- 1 package 16 0z bag dry lentils
- 1 bag 16 oz frozen bag cut leaf spinach
- 4 cloves fresh garlic chopped small
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make lentisl and spinach

Step 1Wash lentils, then put in a large pot with water covering (about 8 cups) boil for about20 min

Step 2Saute garlic in olive oil till tender( do not burn)

Step 3Add spinach and garlic and oil to lentils. add salt and pepper . simmer for about 25min or until lentils are tender (serve or freeze )

Step 4Optional >>>>>> I serve with croutons and grated Romano cheese
