Ingredients
- 1 package dry lentils
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1-2 can tomato sauce
- 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli (square boxes in freezer section)
- 1 large onion diced
- 5 large garlic cloves diced
- 1 package sweet italian sausage (cooked and sliced into bite size slices)
How To Make lentil soup

Step 1Rince and place lentils in water to soak over night. Boil lentils for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse.

Step 2Boil 3/4 of a gallon of water in a large stew pot. Add all ingredients and cook until Lentils are done. season with salt and pepper to taste. NOTE I use less water as I like mine thicker.
