Ingredients

1 pkg15-style bean soup mix (found with dry beans)

1 lbbeef or pork smoked sausage, sliced & quartered

1onion, chopped

1 clovegarlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tspsalt
-
1 mediumcan tomatoes
-
1 can(s)tomatoes and chiles

1 Tbsplemon juice
How to Make BEANS & SAUSAGE SOUP - OR NOT
- Bring to a boil and then simmer, covered, for about 4 hours. Then add the can of tomatoes and green chilies. Simmer at least another half hour. Remove cover and let cook down a bit.
