How To Make
Saute vegetables and spices in oil for a couple of minutes, until vegetable start to get tender and spices are aromatic.
Stir in broth and lentils. Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
Stir in tomatoes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
