crushed tomatoes, 28 oz
1Saute vegetables and spices in oil for a couple of minutes, until vegetable start to get tender and spices are aromatic.
2Stir in broth and lentils. Bring to boil. Reduce and simmer 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
3Stir in tomatoes. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until heated through.
