Five Ingredient Soup

Linda Stevens

This is probably not a good one, if you are watching your sodium intake since it is made entirely with canned products.

It is a very flavorful soup and high in protein and carbs. A generous one cup serving is approx. 4 Points Plus if you are a Weight Watcher.

If you love beans, corn and tomatoes you will love it! If you like more spice, use Rotel instead of plain diced tomatoes.

All cans are approx. 15 oz.

Freezes well - so make ahead and freeze in portions if you prefer.
