- 2 cans black beans, undrained (15 oz each)
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 can chicken broth (16 oz)
- - shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- - low-fat sour cream
- - minced green onions
- - chopped cilantro

Step 1Place beans, undrained, in a medium saucepan.

Step 2Partially mash beans with a potato masher.

Step 3Place over high heat. Stir in salsa, chili powder, and broth.
