- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3-1/2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes w/ spices
- 1 - 15 oz can black beans
- 1 - 1.4 oz can diced green chili peppers
- 1/2 cup low-fat sour cream

Step 1Saute onion in oil in lg pot over medium heat. Cook 2 mins. Add cumin, garlic, saute 2 mins. Add broth, tomatoes, beans and chili peppers. Bring to a boil, cover, simmer 5 mins. Garnish w/ sour cream.
