cajun inspired ham and bean soup
I hope you will enjoy this lovely versatile soup. The tomato, bean, ham and hot pepper sauce create a lovely comforting flavor. Place the bottle on the table, for tweaking. If the soup is too subtle for your taste, add more hot sauce. This soup is easy to vary: change the canned beans and use dry if you prefer, you could also add an assortment of beans. Use a pork hock instead of the ham bone or add some baby spinach at the end.
