/ Bean Soups
milk or 1/2 n' 1/2 milk
1Heat oil in pot and add carrots, celery, garlic and onions.
2Add bens with juice, salt n pepper and stir. Cover and bring to boil ( about 10 mins.).
3Blend mix in blender and pour back into pot. Add milk then heat for a few minutes without boiling soup.
4Top with shredded cheddar cheese , sour cream and serve with scoops chips.
