Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 29 ounces chicken broth, non-fat
- 1 can black beans, canned
- 11 ounces mexican style corn
- 7 1/4 ounces tomatoes and chiles
- 8 ounces salsa, tomato-based
- 1/2 cup white rice
How To Make black bean soup

Step 1Cook onion in chicken broth until tender, approx 15 mins. Drain beans and corn and add all ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes or until rice is tender
