3 ctomato juice

1-6 ozcan tomato paste

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

How to Make Bean's in tomato sauce canning
- Rinse beans:Add3qts. cold waterin large kettle bring to boil.Simmer2 mins.remove from heat cover let stand 1hr. In a another large pan combine tomotoe juice & tomatoe paste,onion green pepper
- worcestershire sauce,sugar,salt & pepper sauce
cover bring to aboil reduce simmer 10 mins.Drain beans add salt pork don't forget to cut it up now add your hot mixture of other pot pack hot mixture
bring to a boil.Reduce heat simmer 10 mins. - in
hot jars 3/4 " head space process 10lbs.presser pints 80 mins. quarts 100mins
