Ingredients
- 1 - onion, small white
- 1 - pepper
- 3 cans beans (such as pinto, black, garbanzo, etc.)
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- - green onions
- - cilantro
- - avocado
How To Make bean soup

Step 1Saute onion in a bit of olive oil over medium high heat until onion is translucent. Add in beans and tomatoes, mix to combine. Add herbs and spices.

Step 2Simmer 30 minutes or so so flavors can meld. Serve with sliced green onions, cilantro and avocado.
