My husband and I love the combination of tomatoes and beans with ground beef added to the mix. My husband likes me to make a cornbread when I make this soup. We are both soup lovers.

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 1 can white beans
- 2 cups whole kernel frozen corn
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or canned rotel tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 3 quarts water (adjust to your taste, may use some broth)
- - salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked shell macroni
How To Make bean & beef vegetable soup

Step 1In a large pot brown ground beef just until it is no longer pink. Add onion and garlic; cook until the vegetables are a little tender - 2 to 3 min.

Step 2Add your tomatoes, tomato paste, and water. Stir and let it come to a slow boil.

Step 3Add beans, corn and seasoning. Stir on slow boil until the tomato paste has dissolved. Lower heat just so the soup is slightly bubbling. Cook for 45 min. Add macroni continue cooking for 45 mins.
