Ingredients
- 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 cup real butter (salted)
- 1-2 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make carmel corn

Step 1PREHEAT OVEN TO 300* LINE LARGE BAKING PAN WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. POP KERNELS USING YOUR METHOD CHOICE, MICROWAVE POPCORN CAN BE USED, JUST MAKE SURE YOU HAVE 16 CUPS OF POPPED CORN.

Step 2IN A SMALL PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT, MELT BUTTER . ADD BROWN SUGAR, CORN SYRUP AND 1 TSP. SALT, STIR TO BLEND. BRING TO BOIL FOR 4 MINUTES WITHOUT STIRRING.

Step 3POUR OVER POPPED CORN AND STIR TO COAT EVENLY. SPREAD EVENLY ON PAN AND SPRINKLE REMAINING SALT ON TOP. BAKE 30 MINUTES STIRRING EVERY 10 MINUTES. ALLOW TO COMPLETELY COOL ON PAN BEFORE REMOVING. ENJOY......PLACE UNEATEN CORN INTO AIR TIGHT CONTAINER FOR LATER ENJOYMENT.
