Ingredients

  • 8 slice
    sortcut bacon
  • 2 c
    barbecued chicken - shredded
  • 1 large
    avocado - cut into half & spooned & mashed
  • 2 large
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 large
    tomatoes - cut into small pieces
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 12 slice
    white sandwich bread - little bit buttered
  • 1 pt
    black pepper - optional
  • 1/2 medium
    iceberg lettuce - shredded

How to Make SANDWICH BITES FOR KIDS

Step-by-Step

  1. 1) The bacon cut into small pieces and fry in frying pan over medium heat until crispy.Leave on paper towel for a while.

    2) In a small bowl mash eggs and mayonnaise together,season to taste,add lettuce,chicken,avocado,tomatoes,cold bacon and gently mix all together.Taste and see,if anything need to be added,make mixture.

    3)Spread each slice of bread with the mixture,top with another slice of bread and cut into quarters and serve.

    PS.This is very quick,cheap,healthy and delicious
