Ingredients

  • 8 medium
    tiger prawns
  • 3 tsp
    oil
  • 1 tsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cumin powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic-ginger paste
  • ·
    salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    cilantro (chopped)

How to Make INDIAN GRILLED PRAWNS

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, pepper, cumin powder, garlic-ginger paste,lime juice, salt, and 1 tbsp oil in a medium bowl. Set aside.
  2. Clean the prawns and squeeze to drain.
  3. Add to the bowl and toss well. Marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in a griddle and add the marinated prawns. Gently stir and fry on each side for 2 minutes (4-5 minutes as whole).
  5. Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with chopped cilantro
