- 8 medium tiger prawns
- 3 teaspoons oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic-ginger paste
- - salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon cilantro (chopped)
How To Make indian grilled prawns

Step 1Combine chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, pepper, cumin powder, garlic-ginger paste,lime juice, salt, and 1 tbsp oil in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Step 2Clean the prawns and squeeze to drain.

Step 3Add to the bowl and toss well. Marinate for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 4Heat the remaining oil in a griddle and add the marinated prawns. Gently stir and fry on each side for 2 minutes (4-5 minutes as whole).

Step 5Transfer into a serving plate and garnish with chopped cilantro
