granola munchie

I have been making this for some time now and it is a little addicting. The good part is there are good things to eat in it, good fiber, antioxidants and 10 percent protein. Well the M&M's are there because I like them. :) There is a warning though, every time you walk past it you will grab some.

  • 3/4 c

    sunflower seeds
  • 1 can

How To Make granola munchie

  • 1
Dump all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix until everything is coated with the sweetened condensed milk. You can add what you like or take out what you don't like. There are no rules.

Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet. I use the parchment paper with the foil back. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
  • 3
Let cool for 20-30 (or until not to hot to handle) minutes then start breaking it into bite size pieces. It will be sticky but at least it is easy to wash your hands. You will need to let it dry before bagging. You only have to wait 30 minutes or so.

I bag it into zip lock quart size bags and get five full bags. It stays fresh for a week (I have never had it last past that) but I am sure you could freeze some of it.
