granola munchie
I have been making this for some time now and it is a little addicting. The good part is there are good things to eat in it, good fiber, antioxidants and 10 percent protein. Well the M&M's are there because I like them. :) There is a warning though, every time you walk past it you will grab some.

Ingredients
- 1 box kashi go lean crisp, cinnamon crumble
- 2 cups trail mix (store bought)
- 1 1/2 cups raisins or dried cranberries, blueberries etc
- 1 cup cashews salted or unsalted
- 3/4 cup m & m's
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
How To Make granola munchie
-
Step 1Dump all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix until everything is coated with the sweetened condensed milk. You can add what you like or take out what you don't like. There are no rules.
-
Step 2Pour into a parchment lined baking sheet. I use the parchment paper with the foil back. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
-
Step 3Let cool for 20-30 (or until not to hot to handle) minutes then start breaking it into bite size pieces. It will be sticky but at least it is easy to wash your hands. You will need to let it dry before bagging. You only have to wait 30 minutes or so.
-
Step 4I bag it into zip lock quart size bags and get five full bags. It stays fresh for a week (I have never had it last past that) but I am sure you could freeze some of it.
