  • 1 c
    oats
  • 1/2 c
    peanut butter
  • 1/2 c
    flax seed meal
  • 1/3 c
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • ·
    coconut flakes, cranberries, etc, optional

How to Make Energy Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls for bite size.
    Refrigerate to set and ENJOY!
