This is fairly low calories for a dip (a serving is a couple of tablespoons, and if my calorie analysis program is correct, should only have about 27 calories. I am always looking for something to encourage me to get all my servings of vegetables in during the day and this makes a fairly yummy mid-morning snack.

low-fat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp
sliced green onions (white and green parts)
2 Tbsp
snipped fresh parsley
1 tsp
dried dill weed
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp
1 dash(es)
garlic powder

How to Make Dill Dip


  • 1Place everything in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  • 2Chill, covered for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • 3Serve with raw veggies or crackers.
