  • 8 ounces butter, softened
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

How To Make cream cheese frosting

  • Step 1
    In a Medium sized bowl combine butter and cream cheese. Beat on medium with a rotary mixer until light and creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat on low until combined then medium-fast speed 3-5 minutes.
