  • 1 stick
    100g butter
  • 1 c
    150g milk chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 4
    shredded wheat
  • 22
    mini chocolate eggs

How to Make Chocolate Easter Nests ......

  1. put the butter into a medium bowl along with honey and chocolate. Microwave on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds , or until melted give the mixture a good stirring making sure everything has blended .
  2. Hold 1 shredded wheat over the bowl and squeeze in your hand to crumble it in . Repeat with the other 3 shredded wheat (as my wee assistance has shown). Stir everything together to mix evenly.
  3. You can line a patty tray with 12 paper cases, or just the cases on your work top . Generously tablespoon the mixture into each of the paper cases , press the centre of each nest with your spoon to make a slight dip. Then just arrange the mini chocolate eggs and a chic onto the nests . leave to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes , until the nests hardens ..
