    almond or peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking powder
  • SUGGESTED TOPPINGS

    greek yogurt
  • ·
    fresh fruit

How to Make Banana "Pancakes"

Step-by-Step

  1. Mash banana, add egg, nut butter and baking powder.
  2. Mix until combined.
  3. Drop into hot skillet,on medium heat, coated with cooking spray and flip pancakes gently when they begin to bubble.
  4. Serve with fresh fruit and a dollop of plain yogurt.
