How to Make Banana "Pancakes"


  • 1Mash banana, add egg, nut butter and baking powder.
  • 2Mix until combined.
  • 3Drop into hot skillet,on medium heat, coated with cooking spray and flip pancakes gently when they begin to bubble.
  • 4Serve with fresh fruit and a dollop of plain yogurt.
