  • 1 - ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

How To Make banana "pancakes"

  • Step 1
    Mash banana, add egg, nut butter and baking powder.
  • Step 2
    Mix until combined.
  • Step 3
    Drop into hot skillet,on medium heat, coated with cooking spray and flip pancakes gently when they begin to bubble.
  • Step 4
    Serve with fresh fruit and a dollop of plain yogurt.
