Amish balls (aka high fiber balls)
Note- the recipe calls for bran flakes which you crush up, but I always use raisin bran!!
1/2 cpeanut butter
1 1/2 cquick cooking oats
1/2 csweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cbran ( i use raisin bran crushed up, bc it already has the raisins in it)
1/2 cmini chocolate chips
How to Make Amish balls (aka high fiber balls)
- Mix all ingredients by hand ( I wear a pair of non latex gloves to help with mess) and form into 1 inch balls.
- Set in the refrigerator and let them firm up amd they are ready to eat!! High in fiber and protein amd very kid friendly !!! My kids eat them up and I like how much nutrition they get in these balls. Yummy !!
