WET INGREDIENTS (EGG WHITE MIXTURE)

1 largeegg white

1 Tbspwater

3/4 tsp"mccormick" extra rich pure vanilla extract

DRY INGREDIENTS (SUGAR SPICE)

3/4 cturbinado sugar
-
1 tsp"mccormick gourmet" cinnamon, roasted ground saigon

1/2 tsp"mccormick gourmet" chile pepper, chipotle
-
1/2 tsp"mccormick gourmet" cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp"mccormick gourmet" cardamon, ground

1/2 tspkosher salt
How to Make Sugar & Spice I'm So Nice Pecans
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Whisk wet ingredients (egg white mixture) in a large mixing bowl util frothy.
- Combine dry ingredients (sugar spice) in a separate mixing bowl, together.
- Add pecan to the wet ingredients. Pour 1/2 of dry ingredients over pecans; toss a few times then add remaining dry ingredients until evenly coated.
- Line a large baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. Pour coated pecans over lined baking sheet; spread into an even layer. Bake for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
