These are the perfect sweet, spicy & salty snack for any occasion. I must warn you, 2 or 3 batches of these delicious goodies may not be enough, they are highly addictive! Cooking with Love & Passion sw :)

Ingredients
- 10 ounces pecan halves
- WET INGREDIENTS (EGG WHITE MIXTURE)
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tablespoon water
- 3/4 teaspoon "mccormick" extra rich pure vanilla extract
- DRY INGREDIENTS (SUGAR SPICE)
- 3/4 cup turbinado sugar
- 1 teaspoon "mccormick gourmet" cinnamon, roasted ground saigon
- 1/2 teaspoon "mccormick gourmet" chile pepper, chipotle
- 1/2 teaspoon "mccormick gourmet" cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon "mccormick gourmet" cardamon, ground
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
How To Make sugar & spice i'm so nice pecans

Step 1Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

Step 2Whisk wet ingredients (egg white mixture) in a large mixing bowl util frothy.

Step 3Combine dry ingredients (sugar spice) in a separate mixing bowl, together.

Step 4Add pecan to the wet ingredients. Pour 1/2 of dry ingredients over pecans; toss a few times then add remaining dry ingredients until evenly coated.

Step 5Line a large baking sheet with a silpat or parchment paper. Pour coated pecans over lined baking sheet; spread into an even layer. Bake for 1 hour, stir every 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
