- 2 - 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make special cheese ball

Step 1Soften cream cheese, stir in drained pineapple, onion, salt and 1/2 of the pecans. Form a ball. Roll in the rest of the pecans and refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks. Makes 4-6 servings.
