I haven't tried this candy recipe, but sounds so good. Pretty easy and want to share.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 5 ounces matzo, finely crumbled
- 1 cup hazelnuts
How To Make ingberlach-jewish candy

Step 1Lightly oil a rimmed baking sheet

Step 2In a large saucepan, over medium heat

Step 3combine honey, sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, giger & salt, bring to a simmer and cook 10 minutes

Step 4Stir in Matzo & hazelnuts, cook until golden brown and thick. About another 10 minutes.

Step 5Using a silicone spatula, spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 6Allow to cool, until easily handled and using lightly oiled hands, scoop up and rool into 1/2-inch ball. Store in an airtight container with waxed paper between the layers.
