I'm a Little Nutty and Spicy (Chipotle Nut Mix)

1 Tbsporange rind, grated
1 Tbspfresh orange juice
1 largeegg white
2 cnuts, unsalted, cooks choice
1 Tbspdark brown sugar
`1 tspsea salt
1/2 tspground chipotle chile pepper
3/4 csweetened, dried cranberries
How to Make I'm a Little Nutty and Spicy (Chipotle Nut Mix)
- Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Combine the first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stir with whisk. Stir in nuts. Combine sugar, salt, and Chipotle powder. Add to nut mixture; toss well to coat.
- Spread mixture in a single layer on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes; stirring every 20 minutes. Remove from oven; allow to cool completely. Stir in cranberries.
NOTE: Store in air tight container for up to 1 week.
