How to Make Cinnamony Roasted Almonds
- Preheat oven to 250'.
Lightly grease a 11x7 inch casserole dish.
- Beat the egg white until frothy. Add the almonds and stir until well coated.
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the almonds. Toss to coat.
- Spread evenly on the casserole dish.
Bake for one hour at 250', stirring occasionally.
- When cool store in airtight container.
