- egg white
- 2 c
- whole almonds
- 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- ground cinnamon
How to Make Cinnamony Roasted Almonds
- 1Preheat oven to 250'.
Lightly grease a 11x7 inch casserole dish.
- 2Beat the egg white until frothy. Add the almonds and stir until well coated.
- 3Mix the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the almonds. Toss to coat.
- 4Spread evenly on the casserole dish.
Bake for one hour at 250', stirring occasionally.
- 5When cool store in airtight container.
