Ingredients
- 1 bag leftover bread (enough to have entire loaf)
- 2 sticks real butter
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup parmesean cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced and heaping
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon basil, dried
- 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
How To Make homemade cajun croutons

Step 1Thaw your frozen bread. Cut into 1/2 cubes. Melt the butter and add the dressing and seasonings, but not the parmesan or pepper flakes.

Step 2Pour your melted mixture over the cubed bread in a large bowl and toss. Next add the parmesan cheese and the pepper flakes and gently toss. Place in large foil pan.

Step 3Bake at 250 degrees and turn every 15 minutes until completely dry and lightly browned. Let cool and store tightly to keep moisture out.

Step 4Serve with your favorite soups, salad, spaghetti or chili recipe! Enjoy...
