How to Make Homemade Cajun Croutons
- Thaw your frozen bread. Cut into 1/2 cubes. Melt the butter and add the dressing and seasonings, but not the parmesan or pepper flakes.
- Pour your melted mixture over the cubed bread in a large bowl and toss. Next add the parmesan cheese and the pepper flakes and gently toss. Place in large foil pan.
- Bake at 250 degrees and turn every 15 minutes until completely dry and lightly browned. Let cool and store tightly to keep moisture out.
