Ingredients For bacon nachos

  • 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 4 c
    totilla chips
  • 1/4 c
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c
    guacamole dip
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • chopped tomatoes
  • chopped green onions

How To Make bacon nachos

    In skillet cook ground beef over medium high heat until no longer pink, drain. Place the tortilla chips on a microwave safe serving plate. Layer with beef, bacon and cheese. Microwave uncovered on high for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with guacamole and sour cream. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Makes 4-6 servings.
