- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 4 cups totilla chips
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup guacamole dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- - chopped tomatoes
- - chopped green onions
How To Make bacon nachos

Step 1In skillet cook ground beef over medium high heat until no longer pink, drain. Place the tortilla chips on a microwave safe serving plate. Layer with beef, bacon and cheese. Microwave uncovered on high for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with guacamole and sour cream. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions. Makes 4-6 servings.
