This recipe is from a dear neighbor. My 3 sons just loved it. It is very addictive and always a hit!

Ingredients

  • 3 quarts popcorn, popped
  • 1 1/2 cups cashews
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make honey peanut butter popcorn & cashews

  • Step 1
    Toss together popped corn and nuts in a large roaster pan: keep warm in a 250 degree oven.
  • Step 2
    In a heavy 1-1/2 quart saucepan, combine sugar, honey and corn syrup. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Immediately pour over popcorn mixture, stirring to coat thoroughly.
  • Step 3
    Spread on aluminum foil to cool. Break into bite-sized pieces. Makes 3 quarts.
