- 1 - brown paper lunch bag, the heavier bag (no fires)
- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or less
How To Make healthy popcorn, lyn*

Step 1Place popcorn, oil, and salt in lunch brown bag.

Step 2Fold top down 2 turns and shake bag.

Step 3Place in microwave and cook on high for 3-5 minutes, until popping stopped 1 -2 seconds between pops.

Step 4Pour out into a bowl to serve. TOPPINGS: 1. Melted butter and a little more salt if needed 2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese 3. Cinnamon and sugar/steiva 4. Cayenne pepper 5. Or one of your own
