brown paper lunch bag, the heavier bag (no fires)
1/3 c
popcorn kernels
1 Tbsp
olive oil, extra virgin
1/2 tsp
salt, or less

How to Make HEALTHY POPCORN, Lyn*

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place popcorn, oil, and salt in lunch brown bag.
  • 2Fold top down 2 turns and shake bag.
  • 3Place in microwave and cook on high for 3-5 minutes, until popping stopped 1 -2 seconds between pops.
  • 4Pour out into a bowl to serve.

    TOPPINGS:

    1. Melted butter and a little more salt if needed
    2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
    3. Cinnamon and sugar/steiva
    4. Cayenne pepper
    5. Or one of your own
