This year is all about putting ingredients in my body that I can pronounce! So Microwave popcorn in a brown lunch bag it is! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1 - brown paper lunch bag, the heavier bag (no fires)
  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or less

How To Make healthy popcorn, lyn*

  • Step 1
    Place popcorn, oil, and salt in lunch brown bag.
  • Step 2
    Fold top down 2 turns and shake bag.
  • Step 3
    Place in microwave and cook on high for 3-5 minutes, until popping stopped 1 -2 seconds between pops.
  • Step 4
    Pour out into a bowl to serve. TOPPINGS: 1. Melted butter and a little more salt if needed 2. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese 3. Cinnamon and sugar/steiva 4. Cayenne pepper 5. Or one of your own
