Now, this is my idea of of candy corn...forget that triangular white, orange and yellow nonsense you get at Halloween (although I still like that, too!).

Ingredients

  • about 8 cups popcorn, popped (i just used 1 bag of light butter microwave popcorn
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (i used jif, but any will do)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter, creamy

How To Make chocolate peanut butter popcorn~shelli

  • Step 1
    Put popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Melt white chocolate chips according to package instructions.
  • Step 3
    Once they are melted and smooth, stir in chocolate hazelnut spread and peanut butter, mix thoroughly.
  • Step 4
    Pour onto popped popcorn and gently mix until all pieces are well coated (I use my hands for this... very messy, but easier).
  • Step 5
    Spread onto sheets of wax paper. Let set for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Pour in a clean bowl and eat them up!
