This is a family and friends favorite, On Sundays me and a few friends get together and play cards, and we always have the caramel corn to snack on, and if I don't make it the girls will not play until I do, I test them once in awhile to see if I can get by with out making it but it hasn't worked yet.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup corn syrup, light
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 5 quarts popcorn, popped
How To Make caramel popcorn

Step 1in a medium pan, melt butter with brown sugar, corn syrup and salt, bring to a boil and let boil for about one minute, take off stove and add soda, stir quickly and then pour over the popped corn, stir well. ENJOY
