Ingredients
- 1 bag puffcorn
- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2/3 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make caramel corn

Step 1preheat oven to 250 combine butter (use only butter, not margarine), brown sugar, and corn syrup in 2 qt saucepan cook on medium until mixture has melted

Step 2Once mixture has melted add the baking soda (the mixture will foam) Put the puffcorn in large roaster pan and pour caramel mixture over it. Stir until mixed

Step 3put in 250 oven for 45 minutes stirring every 10-15 minutes remove from oven, pour on wax paper when cool break apart store in airtight container
