Ingredients

  • 10 oz
    bittersweet dark chocolate squares
  • 1/2 c
    butter (at room temp)
  • 3
    bananas (very ripe)
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 c
    craisins, nuts, or unsweetened coconut or combination of all (optional)

How to Make Two Bite Brownies/Flourless

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven @ 350; grease mini muffin tins or cake pan
  2. Using double boiler, melt choc squares & set aside;
    add bananas, mix well, add cinnamon, pour choc & mix til well blended (will have cake consistency)
  3. Add craisins, nuts, or coconut (or all three) if desired.

    Bake 20-25 mins for two bite brownies;
    or 30-35 mins for cake
