I made up a bunch of these for the grandkids and special friends. I saw the idea in Woman's World magazine, but adapted it a bit to fit my needs.

1 package tootsie pops....i used all pink/cherry
- 2 sizes of cut out hearts
2 packages heart doilies, 1 red; 1 white; approx 3 inch
- glue, tape, embellishments, ribbon etc

How To Make tootsie-pop valentines

Step 1

Assemble materials: scissors, adhesives,paper, cardstock, embellishments, ribbon etc.

Step 2

Cut out large hearts, medium hearts and assemble. The number depends on how many you need to make
Step 3

Glue hearts together. Add any bows, embellishments, sentiments at this time.
Step 4

Glue or tape to tootsie pop.
