How To Make thanksgiving cookies/dog cookies
-
Step 1Combine in a large bowl: White flour-Wheat flour- wheat germ, powdered milk- salt.
-
Step 2Cut in Margarine or shorting until mixture resemble corn meal. You may have to add a little more flour.
-
Step 3Beat brown sugar with egg. Add all vegetables to this mixture and mix well then add to flour mixture.
-
Step 4Mixture all ingredients well if it is to sticky just add more flour which sometimes I have had to do. I think depending on the vegs you use may have something to do with having to add more flour.
-
Step 5Knead and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut with any cookie cutter you like Bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden lightly brown. Let cool till harden.
