35 Min
30 Min

1 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
wheat flour
2/3 c
powdered milk
2/3 c
wheat germ
1/2 tsp
1 large
1 tsp
brown sugar
2 jar(s)
baby food meat any kind
1 c
mashed or pureed lightly cooked veg. (see ideas below)
1/2 c
carrots and 1/2 green beans
1/2 c
carrots and 1/2 peas (use whatever combo you like)
1/2 can(s)
whole cranberries
1/2 can(s)
sweet yams (or cook 1 large sweet potato)

1Combine in a large bowl: White flour-Wheat flour- wheat germ, powdered milk- salt.
2Cut in Margarine or shorting until mixture resemble corn meal. You may have to add a little more flour.
3Beat brown sugar with egg. Add all vegetables to this mixture and mix well then add to flour mixture.
4Mixture all ingredients well if it is to sticky just add more flour which sometimes I have had to do. I think depending on the vegs you use may have something to do with having to add more flour.
5Knead and roll out to about 1/4 inch thick and cut with any cookie cutter you like Bake 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until golden lightly brown. Let cool till harden.
6I will add picture's later today, as I'm making these to take to our Adoption day tomorrow for our basset rescue in Dwight,Ill.
