Great Protein snack, My son can snack on these all day long.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup teriyaki marinade
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • - salt/pepper

How To Make teriyaki smoked beef jerky

  • Step 1
    Combine teriyaki and spices.
  • Step 2
    place in a large plastic bag.
  • Step 3
    add in beef, seal and mix well...refrigerate over night.
  • Step 4
    set oven to 220 degrees, meanwhile put a cookie rack on a cookie sheet.
  • Step 5
    take beef out of marinade and with paper towels or a kitchen towel pat most of the marinade off, discard the marinade.
  • Step 6
    cut into what ever size you like, ( I like thin strips)
  • Step 7
    line up on cookie rack and place in oven for 3 hours...take out and ENJOY.
