Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup teriyaki marinade
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- - salt/pepper
How To Make teriyaki smoked beef jerky

Step 1Combine teriyaki and spices.

Step 2place in a large plastic bag.

Step 3add in beef, seal and mix well...refrigerate over night.

Step 4set oven to 220 degrees, meanwhile put a cookie rack on a cookie sheet.

Step 5take beef out of marinade and with paper towels or a kitchen towel pat most of the marinade off, discard the marinade.

Step 6cut into what ever size you like, ( I like thin strips)

Step 7line up on cookie rack and place in oven for 3 hours...take out and ENJOY.
