top round beef, thinly sliced
1 c
teriyaki sauce or marinade
1/2 c
soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 c
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes
1 tsp
liquid smoke flavoring

How to Make Teriyaki Red Pepper Flakes Beef Jerky


  • 1cut the thinly sliced beef into strips
  • 2mix rest of ingredients in a bowl.
  • 3combine with the beef in a large plastic zipper bag, marinade 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • 4heat oven to 200 degrees, place a rack on a cookie sheet, take beef out from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  • 5align each piece on rack, use 2 if needed, the meat needs room for the drying technique "air circulation".
  • 6place in oven for 4 hours, or until dried..let cool and eat away.
