Ingredients
- 1 pound top round beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce or marinade
- 1/2 cup soy sauce, low sodium
- 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring

Step 1cut the thinly sliced beef into strips

Step 2mix rest of ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3combine with the beef in a large plastic zipper bag, marinade 4-6 hours or overnight.

Step 4heat oven to 200 degrees, place a rack on a cookie sheet, take beef out from marinade and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 5align each piece on rack, use 2 if needed, the meat needs room for the drying technique "air circulation".

Step 6place in oven for 4 hours, or until dried..let cool and eat away.
