these are yummy and i'm not one who likes pumpkin seeds.

1 c
fresh pumpkin seeds washed and dried
2 Tbsp
vegtable oil
1-2 Tbsp
taco seasoning mix
1/4-1/2 tsp
garlic salt

How to Make Taco Pumpkin Seeds


  • 1In a skillet place the oil and seeds and saute for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 2Using a slotted spoon transfer to an ungreased
    15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and garlic salt stir to coat.
  • 3Spread into a single layer and bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.
  • 4Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
