Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh pumpkin seeds washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons vegtable oil
- 1-2 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Make taco pumpkin seeds

Step 1In a skillet place the oil and seeds and saute for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 2Using a slotted spoon transfer to an ungreased 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and garlic salt stir to coat.

Step 3Spread into a single layer and bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.

Step 4Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
