Ingredients For taco pumpkin seeds

1 cfresh pumpkin seeds washed and dried

2 Tbspvegtable oil

1-2 Tbsptaco seasoning mix

1/4-1/2 tspgarlic salt
How To Make taco pumpkin seeds

1In a skillet place the oil and seeds and saute for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned.

2Using a slotted spoon transfer to an ungreased 15 in. x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with the taco seasoning and garlic salt stir to coat.

3Spread into a single layer and bake at 350* for 15-20 minutes or until crisp.

4Remove to paper towels to cool completely. Store in an air tight container for up to 3 weeks.
