4 oz. box
sugar free vanilla pudding mix
8 oz. pkg
fat free cool whip, thawed
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make "Skinny" Pumpkin Dip


  • 1Mix pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, & vanilla together. Then fold in cool whip. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh apple or pears slices, cinnamon suger pita chips or whatever sounds good to you!
