Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 4 oz. boxes sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 8 oz. packages fat free cool whip, thawed
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make "skinny" pumpkin dip

Step 1Mix pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, & vanilla together. Then fold in cool whip. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh apple or pears slices, cinnamon suger pita chips or whatever sounds good to you!
