Mighty little sunflower seeds have been shown to reduce the risk of developing asthma, high blood pressure, rheumatoid arthritis, colon cancer, diabetes and heart disease. I found this recipe on the Clean Eating website.....SOOOO GOOOD!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make simple sunflower seed granola

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 300
  • Step 2
    Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Mix until evenly blended.
  • Step 4
    Press mixture into a baking pan.
  • Step 5
    Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Step 6
