salt & vinegar french fries
I went to my Mom's and she was eating Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. So when I got home I thought that might make a good French Fry. So this is my recipe. I hope you like it.

Ingredients
- - potatoes cut into fries
- 1/2 cup vinegar any kind, use enough to make it taste like vinegar when you add the water
- 1/2 cup water-just enough so that the water and vinegar cover the potatoes but it still taste like vinegar
- - salt make the solution very salty
- - pepper as much as you like
- - garlic powder as much as you like
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/8 teaspoon sriracha chili sauce
- THIS RECIPE DID NOT TURN OUT RIGHT I ONLY SOAKED THEM 4 HOUR AND THEY DID NOT TASTE LIKE VINEGAR. LEAVE ANY THOUGHT OR SUGGESTIONS IN THE COMMENTS THANKS
How To Make salt & vinegar french fries

Step 1Put the cut fries into the vinegar solution and add a tbsp. of oil and mix.

Step 2Cover and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Step 3Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
