I went to my Mom's and she was eating Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips. So when I got home I thought that might make a good French Fry. So this is my recipe. I hope you like it.

potatoes cut into fries
vinegar any kind, use enough to make it taste like vinegar when you add the water
water-just enough so that the water and vinegar cover the potatoes but it still taste like vinegar
salt make the solution very salty
pepper as much as you like
garlic powder as much as you like
sriracha chili sauce
THIS RECIPE DID NOT TURN OUT RIGHT I ONLY SOAKED THEM 4 HOUR AND THEY DID NOT TASTE LIKE VINEGAR. LEAVE ANY THOUGHT OR SUGGESTIONS IN THE COMMENTS THANKS
How To Make
Put the cut fries into the vinegar solution and add a tbsp. of oil and mix.
Cover and put in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
