Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 3/4 cup peanut butter, crunchy
- 3 cups special k or rice crispies cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make protein bars

Step 1PROTEIN BARS Boil sugar and syrup until sugar dissolves. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until melted. Add cereal. Put in buttered 9-inch pan. DON'T BAKE! Sprinkle 1 package butterscotch chips and 1/s package chocolate chips over top. Place under broiler for just a few seconds. Spread, cool, and cut.
