Ingredients
- PRETZEL CEREAL NUT MIX
- 6 cups mini pretzels
- 6 cups corn chex or crispix
- 1 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 cup original cheerios
- 1 cup flake cereal, total, corn flakes, bran flakes, fiber one flakes, etc.
- COATING
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
How To Make pretzel mix

Step 1In an extra large bowl mix together all the cereals, pretzels and peanuts.

Step 2Combine the sugar, butter and syrup in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3 - 3 1/2 minutes until it begins to boil. Microwave 4 minutes on 40% power. Stir in the vanilla and soda.

Step 3Pour carefully on top of the cereal/pretzel/nut mix and stir it all up until evenly coated. Place the bowl in the microwave and microwave on high for about 4 - 4 1/2 minutes until it becomes toasted a light brown. Stir, and then spread on waxed paper to cool. When totally cool, break apart into pieces.
