Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup light karo syrup
- 12 ounces peanut butter chips
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped salted peanuts
How To Make peanut butter fudge

Step 1Stir together in a pan, granulated sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, turn to simmer and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2After 10 minutes, remove from heat. Stir in butter, vanilla, Karo, peanut butter chips, salt and chopped peanuts.

Step 3Stir until smooth.

Step 4Pour into an 8X8 buttered square pan.

Step 5Cool in the fridge, overnight.

Step 6Cut into squares and enjoy.
